We strive to ensure that all of our customers are 100% happy with the item they receive and it meets your high expectations. However, in any unfortunate event that you are not happy we will do everything we can to correct this.
All of our personalised and special made to order products cannot be returned to us, or a refund requested, unless they are damaged or faulty.
