How long will it take for my item to arrive?

We have different dispatch times for each item, these times are:-

  • Keyrings: same day dispatch (Royal Mail 2nd Class)
  • Sports bottles: 1 working day (Royal Mail 48)
  • Mugs: 3 working days (Royal Mail 48)

*Please note that these are dispatch times from our workshop, delivery is on top of this.*

Do you ship international or just to the U.K?

Yes, we love sending our products to all corners of the globe! If you are an international customer and would like to buy any of our products please get in touch with us at the top of the website.

Can I make changes to my personalised order?

Unfortunately, if we have already made your order we will be unable to change it. If we've not got around to making it yet, it is absolutely no problem to change your requirements.

I would like to make a large quantity order, do you offer bulk discount?

Yes, we offer discount to those looking to buy larger quantities. Please get in touch with us in the "contact us" section at the top of your web page. 

Where is my order?

Upon dispatch of your order we will send you the tracking number so you can keep an eye on it and track its progress.

My order has arrived- it's broken, what do I do?

Oh no, although we take the greatest care in the packaging of your item sometimes they can arrive damaged. Contact us straight away so that we can fix this, please include information such as your name, address, order number & a picture of the damage.
